Role Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop SOPs, training courses, and handle customer complaints, aligning with the company's mission to deliver high-standard solutions.
• Collaborate with a team in monitoring supplier qualifications, creating quality agreements, and supporting audits and inspections, driving shared success.
• Independently manage tasks with a focus on quality control, contributing to the company's larger goals in the food and pharmaceutical sectors.

Requirements:

• Completed training in natural sciences or a related field with relevant professional experience, providing you the chance to excel in this role.
• Knowledge of the food, pharmaceutical, or food supplements industry, offering a dynamic work environment to apply your skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel, coupled with a conscientious work ethic, enhances your effectiveness.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English and ability to work collaboratively, promoting a positive team atmosphere.
