Votre apprentissage

":

Nous offrons une formation complete et polyvalente avec l'accent sur la chimie analytique dans un laboratoire de controle de qualite en milieu GM P (Good Manufacturing Practice ) . En parallele a la formation dans note entreprise , vous suivrez les cours theoriques aupres du CPLN ( Centre Professionnelle du Littoral Neuchatelois).




Vous serez forme( e ) sur les differentes techniques de laboratoire et sur l'utilisation de nos appareils au sein d'un environnement dynamique. Durant votre formation, v ous evoluerez au coeur d'un parc analytique moderne de derniere technologie ou vous contribuerez de maniere active aux analyses de matieres premie res ainsi qu'aux produits finis en suivant de maniere fidele nos protocoles ( majoritairement en anglais ) . A l'issue de votre formation, vous se rez a meme de travailler dans la plupart des laboratoires de recherche, de diagnostic, de controle de qualite ou de production.

Vous etes d e nature curieuse, vous appreciez le travail precis et vous avez un esprit logique et methodique. Au benefice d'une bonne dexterite et d' un tres bon sens pratique , vous avez la capacite a vous integrer au sein d'u ne equipe motivee et active tout en sachant travailler de facon autonome.




Votre scolarite obligatoire est reussie avec succe s et v ous avez le niveau scolaire pour entrer au Lycee .




V ous possedez une parfaite maitrise du francais avec de bonnes connaissances de base en anglais.




Vous avez passe le Test d'A ptitude pour l'apprentissage de laborantin(e) en chimie organise par l e canton de Neuchatel (Inscripti on pour l'examen d u 2 8 janvier 20 26 aupres de l' Association Neuchateloise pour la Chimie ( AN chime "; https://anchimie.ch ) section CALC ou des OCOSP regionaux ) .

On-site Protocol

BMS has an occupancy structure that determines where an employee is required to conduct their work. This structure includes site-essential, site-by-design, field-based and remote-by-design jobs. The occupancy type that you are assigned is determined by the nature and responsibilities of your role:




Site-essential roles require 100% of shifts onsite at your assigned facility. Site-by-design roles may be eligible for a hybrid work model with at least 50% onsite at your assigned facility. For these roles, onsite presence is considered an essential job function and is critical to collaboration, innovation, productivity, and a positive Company culture. For field-based and remote-by-design roles the ability to physically travel to visit customers, patients or business partners and to attend meetings on behalf of BMS as directed is an essential job function.
