Key Responsibilities:
- For this role, you will ensure that the qualification activities are planned, executed, and documented in a timely manner.
- Responsible for coordinating and documenting technical change control procedures.
- Plan, organize and document the training courses that are required for the technical department.
- Revise and create SOPs, operating instructions, and hazard analyses for EHS areas.
- Ensure technical documentation and maintenance instructions are up-to-date.
- Ensure that calibrations and calibrations of quality relevant measuring units are coordinated and documented.
- Conduct technology-related internal tours and document them.
- An effective team player who is capable of working cross-departmentally.
- The ability to read, write, and speak both German and English well.
- Work ethic that is diligent, reliable, and independent, organizational skills, and high levels of resilience and flexibility.
- Performance-oriented and urgency-driven.
- An undergraduate degree in pharmacy, chemistry, or a related field, along with relevant professional experience.
