Overview

We are looking for a Quality Controller in plant engineering to join our team. In this position, you will check and monitor precision-manufactured machine components, record and analyse deviations, and initiate sustainable corrective and improvement measures. You will play a key role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and that our processes are continuously optimised.
Responsibilities
Quality control (after goods receipt, in-process control, final inspection) of products according to CAD drawings and specifications
Documentation of test results in the ERP system (SAP)
Use of standard measure and test devices
Documentation of deviations and reporting of non-conformities in the ERP system (SAP)
Follow-up on measures to rectify errors
Coordination of QC cases in collaboration with related functions (plants, design, purchasing)
Clarification and recording of error costs
Clarification of error cases and support with root cause analysis (5xwhy, Ishikawa, etc.)

Hardskills
Completed training as a mechanic or equivalent training
Further education in QM/QC, e.g. as a quality inspector, is an advantage
Several years of professional experience in quality control
Experience in reading CAD drawings
GMP knowledge and knowledge of handling dangerous goods is an advantage
User knowledge of SAP (QM / MM / EWM) is an advantage
Good knowledge of the MS Office package is required
Very good written and spoken German
English skills are an advantage
Category B driving licence is mandatory

Good technical understanding
Experience in measuring instruments and testing software
Basic knowledge of statistics and error analysis
Strong communication skills (interface between production, development, purchasing and quality assurance)
