Poste



Main Responsibilities:



Lead and coordinate manufacturing quality activities within the IC Back-End (BE) organization. Manage the non-conforming material review board. Oversee quality processes such as MRB, SCARs, process change management, and scrap reduction, while supervising First Article Inspections. Ensure robust process control systems are implemented and continuously improved to minimize non-conformities, scrap, and customer complaints (using MSA, SPC, automation, MES safeguarding rules, etc.). Provide technical expertise in problem solving, quality investigations, and risk management through 8D methodology, continuous improvement, and FMEA tools. Coordinate customer complaint resolution with operations and customer quality teams, ensuring systematic risk assessment and timely implementation of corrective and preventive actions. Collaborate closely with EM suppliers and purchasing teams to assess, contain, and resolve SCARs related to IC BE suppliers and OSATs. Integrate quality requirements into NPI process definitions and execution, ensuring compliance with APQP/PPAP standards, customer specifications, documentation, FMEA, and checklists. Define and monitor IC BE quality indicators with management and corporate quality, identify performance gaps, and lead continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with relevant certifications and standards, actively contributing to internal audits in collaboration with the QMS manager. Drive and promote effective application of quality policies, methodologies, and best practices in partnership with IC BE management and corporate quality teams. Lead task forces and quality alert management for IC BE issues related to EM.

Profil



Background and Experience



University degree in a relevant field. Minimum of 5 years' experience in the semiconductor industry, holding a leadership role in Quality Management or as a Quality Lead.

Required Skills



Strong expertise in 8D methodology, process control plans, NPI, SPC, MSA, and FMEA. Solid knowledge of industry standards and their application: ISO9001, IATF 16949. Proven experience and exposure to IC production and development. Experience in managing internal and external audits is a plus. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and influencing abilities at all organizational levels. Collaborative mindset with the ability to foster cross-functional cooperation. Structured, rigorous, and results-oriented approach. Proactive attitude with the capability to drive change and continuous improvement. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Fluency in written and spoken French and English (C1 level). Italian is an asset.
