We\\xe2\\x80\\x99re currently recruiting within our Global Scientific Affairs Team as Quality Manager/Officer.

In this role you will ensure that all pharmaceutical operations of the laboratory are done in compliance with applicable regulations and manage the quality and regulatory compliance of all pharmaceutical operations likely to affect the quality of marketed products and experimental drugs, such as by partners monitoring, pharmaceutical batches follow-up, handling of product defects (including pharmaceutical complaints).

Scope of the Role

Reporting to the Senior Quality Manager, your responsibilities will be:

Monitoring of the partners (manufacturers / distributors / carriers)
  • Participate in writing of quality contracts, especially with manufacturers and distribution partners
  • Implement a subcontracting control system and propose any improvement
  • Contribute to the annual product quality review
Batch follow-up in partnership with manufacturers and distributors
  • Manage the quality of products batches in liaison with the manufacturer (PQR, on-going stabilities, monthly defect product reviews)
  • Validate documents relating to products quality in liaison with subcontractors (specifications, packaging instructions, ...)
Products defect management
  • Ensure that the products defect management system is suitable, known to all and applied
  • Work closely with the laboratory on the reporting information process
  • Inform your manager in case of abnormal trends and a Qualified Person in case of critical quality issue
Batch recall
  • Ensure the consistency and updating of the Laboratory \"product flows\"
  • Support to the coordination of a batch recall, if necessary
Experience Required

PharmD, you have at least 3-5 years of experience providing quality support to GMP manufacturing operations and have a strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations, particularly of GMP& GDP.
