For a pharma-client we are looking for a Receptionist / Customer Service Representative in Basel with a 60% workload. Aufgaben
Greet and assist visitors and staff by issuing badges, maintaining visitor logs and preparing materials for new staff
Clerical tasks and managing incoming/outgoing mail and courier services
Organize parking facilities and distribute travel documents as required
Word processing, filing and assisting in meeting room or seminar preparations incl. organize catering facilities
Manage telephony, ensuring calls are routed efficiently and inquiries are handled professionally
Assist in the implementation of the company's Security & Safety Concept and participate in relevant training
Ensure timely replenishment of office supplies (e.g., stationery), assist with procurement and storage, and handle distribution to staff
Attend the reception Team Meeting weekly (Basel/Zurich team)
Qualifikation
Experience in a receptionist or administrative support role, preferably in a corporate environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to present a professional and friendly demeanor
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Competence in using standard office equipment and software, including MS Office
Ability to remain calm and professional in difficult situations, such as when dealing with dissatisfied customers
English and German fluent
