The HRBP will develop and implement people strategy through the execution of HR processes, ensuring effective and sustain-able workplace relations, and providing HR support for Region Southern Europe Machine Automation \\xe2\\x80\\x93 B&R, by partnering with respective managers.

Your responsibilities

• Understands and contributes to the overall business and people strategy.\\n
• Takes accountability for the overall HR contribution and value-add to the business in partnership with the functions and Shared Services.\\n
• Determines and delivers the best approach in the area of responsibility and executes the HR priorities while adding value to the business.\\n
• Ensures effective communication, engagement, and collaboration across the organization.\\n
• Facilitates the change management initiatives and drives behavior change & continuous improvement across the respective business area / area of responsibility.\\n
• Supports the business and the execution of HR processes involved across the end-to-end employee lifecycle.\\n
• Ensures compliance with legislation, HR policies, and other compliance standards in all areas of responsibility.\\n
• Ensures all employees understand the ABB safety and integrity standards and follow the same strictly.\\n
• Partners with respective managers to develop and implement people strategies.\\n
• Coaches, motivates, and develops talent to build an effective, capable, and high-performing team.\\n
• Provides leadership and guidance to ensure that the Region Southern Europe Machine Automation \\xe2\\x80\\x93 B&R is properly organized, staffed, skilled, and directed.\\n
• Represents HR in the business and establishes strong relationships with all business leaders and employees.\\n

Your background

• \\n
• More than 10 years of experience in HR, working as partner in a multinational company.\\n
• Strong leadership, self-driven, result orientation and change management attitude are required.\\n
• The ability to manage multiple demands on your time and to work in cross-functional teams.\\n
• A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills.\\n
• Degree in Human Sciences, Human Resources Management, Psychology, Sociology or similar\\n
• Experience with M&A is a plus.\\n
• English fluent required. French, Spanish or Italian is a plus.\\n
