As a key business partner to the Regional Director South East Asia Pacific, you will help streamline profitability by implementing cost accounting systems and KPI reporting tools that create transparency and translate financial data into actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
Your responsibilities will cover our legal entities in Singapore, Thailand, the Philippines, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia and Australia. You will lead and coordinate the regional Finance teams to achieve shared goals and ensure consistent financial standards across all entities.

How you contribute to our mission
You ensure that the general ledgers are accurate and reconciled with all subledgers
You are responsible for the accounts payable and receivable processes
You coordinate payroll with external providers for the SEAP region
You act as the main contact for external advisors and auditors, ensuring financial and tax compliance across all regions
As the financial partner to the Regional Director, you establish effective sales control processes and provide relevant data through reports and dashboards
You coordinate and drive the annual budgeting process in close collaboration with the Headquarters
You prepare monthly, annual, and ad-hoc reports for Headquarters, including financial statements in accordance with local GAAP and IFRS, within a fast-close process
You lead and participate in regional finance projects and contribute financial expertise to cross-functional initiatives.

What you should bring to this position
You have graduated in Economics, with specialization in Finance
You are experienced working in a regional financial role, ideally within South East Asia Pacific
You combine entrepreneurial spirit with a business-oriented mindset, seeing finance as a strategic partner to the business
You are calm, confident and analytical, able to address issues diplomatically yet assertively
You are highly self-organized and structured, with strong self-management skills
Alongside your strong numerical skills, you have advanced IT proficiency, ideally including experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
Excellent English communication skills enable you to build strong relationships with your team, management and Headquarters
Proven experience in leading and developing finance teams across multiple locations and different cultural contexts is an advantage
