Are you passionate about specialty coffee and love connecting with people?

For nearly 10 years, Goodlife Coffee has been on a mission to bring exceptional, ethically sourced coffee to workplaces, cafes, and hotels across Switzerland. We're looking for a Coffee Brand Ambassador to help us grow and maintain our B2B community in the Geneva region.

This isn't just a sales role it's an exciting opportunity to be the face of a brand, help shape its growth in your region, and be a part of the wider specialty coffee scene.

Your Mission

Identify and approach new B2B clients (offices, hotels, cafes, co-working spaces) Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers through regular in-person visits Represent the Goodlife Coffee brand with knowledge, professionalism, and passion Organize tastings, demos, or basic barista training sessions for clients Collaborate closely with the Managing Director for large accounts and key opportunities Attend monthly board meetings (1x/month) to present updates, challenges, and regional growth reports
What You Bring

A true love for coffee you enjoy sharing and educating others about it Solid coffee knowledge or barista experience (or a strong interest in learning) Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable working independently and managing your time A problem-solving mindset and the ability to work calmly under pressure Strong team spirit collaboration and mutual support are essential Based in or near Geneva, with local insight and connections Fluent in French; English is a plus
