The Regional Supply Chain Planner is a key member of the EPM Supply Chain team and reports directly to the Supply Chain Director. The role focuses on stock management and allocation, regional planning execution, inventory strategy, and cross-functional coordination. It supports the overall planning process and drives initiatives that align with EPM's operational goals. As a part of the Stock Management and Allocation Program, the planner manages distributor order approvals, monitors inventory levels, and implements market-level inventory strategies to ensure product availability and minimize excess. The role also supports the S&OP cycle, develops dashboards and KPIs to enhance visibility and decision-making, and contributes to digitalization and continuous improvement projects. By improving transparency and collaboration across functions, the planner ensures execution excellence and strategic alignment throughout the EPM region.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (preferably in industrial engineering, business administration, supply chain, or related discipline).
Minimum 5 years of experience in regional- or global supply chain planning and with S&OP cycles, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector.
Hands-on experience with inventory allocation and distributor order management.
Experience with logistics, inventory management, and supply chain analytics, preferably with BI Tools.
Familiarity with GDP, quality, technical, and regulatory requirements.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent planning and organizational capabilities.
Proficiency in Excel and planning tools (e.g., ERP, IBP platforms).
Data analytics and dashboard development skills.
Fluent English is mandatory.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Collaborative mindset with a hands-on, can-do attitude.
Responsibilities:
Lead stock management and allocation, including distributor order approvals and market-level inventory strategies, ensuring optimal balance between customer needs, business priorities, and supply constraints.
Support the EPM regional Supply Chain planning cycle and S&OP process, facilitating effective coordination between Demand, Supply, Finance, and Business Units.
Develop (independently or in cooperation with BI team) and maintain Supply Chain dashboards, and KPIs to support visibility, performance tracking, and decision-making.
Drive cross-functional supply chain projects and continuous improvement initiatives, including risk management and digitalization efforts.
Act as the central liaison between regional and local teams, promoting transparency, communication, and collaboration across functions.
Collaborate closely with Quality, Regulatory, Finance, Commercial, and Alliance Management teams to ensure seamless planning execution.
Participate in strategic supply chain and operations project teams as required.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
