About the job:



We are looking for a student (all genders) for a 1-year contract, full-time (40h/week) to support the Regulatory Affairs team in Switzerland. The position is opened in Rotkreuz (Zug) or alternatively in Vernier (Geneva). The student will support in the submission and follow up of regulatory dossiers to Health Authority (variations and new registrations) and transversal activities (promotional material review, artwork process, database update...).

Main responsibilities:



Support for the Regulatory lifecycle management of existing portfolio in Switzerland (medicinal products (Rx and OTC) and medical devices) Contribution to labelling and CMC variations Contribution to Innovation projects (new registration, line extension...) Participation in and coordination of transversal regulatory projects Review of promotional materials Support for the update and review of artworks Organization of administrative documents (PoA, CPP, etc.) Regulatory database maintenance

About you:



Experience:

First experiences in working in a pharma or medical device company would be an advantage.

Skills:

Proficiency in MS Office package and interest in working with database systems, accurate and precise working attitude, strong time management and prioritization skills, Team player and good communication as well as project management and organizational skills.

Education:

University degree in pharmacy or other life science discipline such as Biology, Medicine, Chemistry, etc. is preferred. Knowledge in Regulatory Affairs and Swissmedic regulations would be an advantage.

Languages:

Fluent in German and English (French or Italian in addition would be an asset).
