Tasks



Support the end-to-end implementation (E2E) of Risk and Regulatory Change the Bank (CtB) projects Conduct analysis of existing processes, systems, and regulatory requirements Prepare and document requirement specifications (business and technical) Develop and assess solution concepts in close collaboration with relevant teams. Coordinate and liaise with stakeholders, including internal functions, IT, and external partner. Plan and execute testing activities (e.g. UAT, regression testing) to ensure compliance and functionality Support the rollout of new or enhanced solutions across the organization Focus on regulatory and reporting requirements related to trading, execution, and Markets activities Ensure regulatory compliance throughout the entire project lifecycle

Requirements



Relevant higher educational and professional background with at least 5-7 years' experience as a Business Analyst / Project Manager in a comparable banking setup Prior experience in Markets regulatory implementations (including reporting obligations) required by MiFIR, Finfrag, EMIR, SEC, FCA etc. Good grasp of products and trading systems/ processes in the global private banking context IT flair and understanding of the SDLC and agile delivery model within the financial sector Strong command over MS Office and project management tools such as Confluence, JIRA et

Able to work independently in a global team setup and take ownership of initiatives, with a highly motivated and positive attitude Fast learner and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines Multi-tasking capabilities, good communication/ coordination skills to deal with different levels of stakeholders
