Relationship Manager Middle East




This position will be based in

Zurich.




Substantially develop the Private Wealth Management Banking client base through an effectively designed client acquisition program based on a strong knowledge of the local market (KSA & UAE) and a holistic offering of BNPP's Wealth Management products and services.

YOUR WORK DAY



Marketing & Sales




Demonstrate a track record of development of a base of prospective Key Clients and expand market share
Develop a sales and marketing strategy for each KC prospect
Answer client needs by maintaining a phone calls program , by regularly reviewing the plan/strategy and monitoring new business results with assigned revenues and NNC objectives
Involve our group's specialists from other divisions in order to improve our client service
Follow the KC Central commercial policy apply to this segment and promote the KC central offering (events, Next Gen, Dedicated offering, Management Meetings & interviews, dedicated business KC reviews etc) to all the KC Client
Review client portfolios with the defined targets and act as a trusted financial advisor by presenting diversified strategies and using the full range of BNPP's Wealth Management products and services
Cross-selling of other products and services offered by the Bank (e.g., Investment Banking, Asset Management), especially for Strategic clients
Ensure that current clients and prospects meet the Bank's client suitability standards
Open new accounts by ensuring that the proper documentation has been obtained
Ability to travel extensively.

Contribute to the target setting process to ensure that financial goals are achieved.
Manage annual asset, revenue and expense budget to ensure that financial targets are met
Maintain client relationships and proactively find solutions to meet client financial needs and objectives

Service




Maintain ongoing client satisfaction
Identify client issues and inform the management as appropriate
Provide constructive feedback to the concerned product, service, and operational areas
Establish and maintain open lines of communications with all the business and functional areas of the Bank
Strictly respect bank procedures and ensure an efficient risk monitoring as a first line of defence

Risk management




Responsible for managing the risks of its goodwill: suitability, operational, cross-border, compliance and documentation
Ensures that procedures are followed in managing the client relationship
Ensures compliance with the code of conduct

YOUR PROFILE & SKILLS



Knowledge & skills :




Multi-lingual (written and oral):(Must English and Arabic)
Strong knowledge of financial instruments and markets
Strong sales and marketing skills
Ability to work within a multicultural team
strong written and oral communication skills
Great capacity to resolve problems
Large knowledge of all Wealth Management products and services including risk policies, guidelines and procedures
Complete understanding and adherence of regulatory requirements when marketing the Bank's products and services
Ability to demonstrate good time management skills

EXPERIENCE :

financial services experience in a client maintenance role; university degree
Further education in financial markets of advantage
CWMA certification
