Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist with inquiries related to products, services, billing, and technical issues.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the company's CRM system.
• Participate in training sessions to continuously improve service quality.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
• Proactively suggest improvements to processes and service delivery.

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer service.
• Able to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
• Strong learning agility and adaptability to a remote work setting.
• No prior experience required; enthusiasm for customer support is essential.
