Home Partner is looking for a confident, experienced & motivated individual to join our Rentals division as soon as possible.

What you\\xe2\\x80\\x99ll do:

You will be supporting the management of our client\\xe2\\x80\\x99s properties and responsible for guest relations and quality control. Daily tasks are varied, our team is open and dynamic and every day can be different. Due to the nature of the hospitality industry, you should be flexible and able to react quickly to ensure our clients are well catered for.

The following is a non-exhaustive list of tasks related to these responsibilities:

• Handle all property owner inquiries and reservations in a friendly and professional manner, striving to provide flawless, professional, and high-end guest service experiences.\\n
• Navigate multiple web-based systems to manage bookings and use CRM tools\\n
• Daily control of arrivals, pre-authorisations, and payments.\\n
• Ensure the properties are set up according to our Home Partner standard; clean, organised, and prepared.\\n
• Proactively anticipate and resolve potential issues\\n
• Provide assistance in the organisation and coordination of client and owner visits before and during their stay\\n
• Proactively recognise and resolve any maintenance-related problems\\n
• Oversee overall booking calendar and occupancy, managing local tourist tax declarations\\n
• Work with the cleaning company to ensure cleanings are completed to high standards.\\n
• Maintain integrity, confidentiality, and sensitivity when working with both internal and external customers.\\n

What we are looking for:

• Must be eligible to work in Switzerland\\n
• Must able to easily commute to La Tzoumaz or willing to relocate\\n
• Must be available to support a 24/7 operation that includes holidays and weekends\\n
• Must have a valid drivers\\xe2\\x80\\x99 license and be comfortable driving in winter conditions\\n
• Languages: Bilingual English & French \\xe2\\x80\\x93 any additional language is a bonus!\\n
• Hospitality & Rentals: 2 years (Preferred)\\n

Job Types: 100%, 80-100%

Salary: CHF4,000.00 per month
