Overall mission
  • Perform Replenishment Planning processes in a timely and accurate manner, in accordance with defined standard operating procedures and maintain an overview of overall Replenishment Planning team activities.
  • Contribute to the achievement of Replenishment Planning performance and quality standards as defined in relevant service level agreements.
  • Act as a main point of contact for the team leads and the Head of Planning in relation to defined processes.
Main responsibilities
  • Actively works to continuously improve processes.
  • Provide professional support for colleagues
  • Builds constructive and effective relationships with cross functional teams and stakeholders
  • Communicate effectively with internal peers through communication tools.
  • Act as contact person for inbound scenarios.
  • Proactive co-operation with other work streams within the GBS in overseeing the end-to-end process.
  • Day to day operations in the Replenishment Planning area:
For Givaudan affilliate\\xc2\\xb4s buys:
  • Conversion of material requirements (PRs) into stock transfer orders (STOs).
  • Ensure timely STOs shipment.
  • Understand Incoterm impact and key stakeolders for follow-up.
  • Perform and coordinate STO non-conformance and returns.
  • Recognized business impact from stock items.
  • Follow-up on production orders status.
  • Communication and management of inbound check-points with 3 PL.
  • Adherence to service levels
  • Adherence to policies and procedures.
  • KPIs updates and development.
  • Pain points analysis for inputs for Supply Planning.
Education/ primary qualification
  • Bachelor\\\'s degree required, preferably in Supply Chain Management or equivalent
  • English: Ability to read, write and communicate in English in a business environment, additional languages are an advantage
  • Professional experience: At least 2 years of experience in Planning

Required skills:
  • Experience with SAP PP/MM modules is an advantage
  • Advanced MS Excel and good knowledge of Microsoft Office or equivalent tools

  • Experience of knowledge transfer activity is an advantage
