Requirements Engineer / Business Analyst 80-100% (m/w/d) - IREB / UML / BPMN / Agile / Innovator / NIST
For a long-term assignment in a security-relevant environment, we are seeking an experienced business analyst to support the project team in Bern. You will bring in-depth knowledge of business process analysis and experience in agile IT projects, and will contribute to the successful implementation of complex systems.
Responsibilities:
Gathering high-level requirements Deriving, documenting, coordinating, and managing requirements Feasibility assessment of requirements Developing solution concepts Formulating detailed requirements Conducting workshops (within the team or with the customer) Creating user stories with acceptance criteria Creating product documentation in Innovator (model-based) and Confluence/Word (text-based) Supporting test management (test case creation and execution)
Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst IREB certification or equivalent qualification (CAS, Diploma) Experience with UML tools (Innovator, Sparx EA, MagicDraw, etc.) Proven experience with BPMN modeling Practical Agile project experience (Scrum/SAFe or similar) Project experience in federal government or complex organizations; experience in a police or judicial environment is advantageous Knowledge of interface specification (REST, SOAP, OpenAPI, NIST) Proficient use of Jira and Confluence

German (native speaker/fluent) French (B2 level)
