YOUR CHALLENGE

Lead the analysis of Legal Reporting processes and data flows within the AXIOM solution landscape Elicit, document, and validate business requirements in close collaboration with stakeholders across compliance, operations, and technology Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and inefficiencies in current processes, proposing improvements and supporting change initiatives Develop detailed functional specifications, including data models, process workflows, and interface definitions Ensure architectural compliance and adherence to minimum standards and governance frameworks Contribute actively to testing phases by defining test scenarios, reviewing test cases, and overseeing execution for critical reporting components Maintain comprehensive, up-to-date, and accessible project documentation throughout the lifecycle

YOUR PROFILE

5+ years of experience in business analysis, requirements engineering, or a related discipline, with at least

4 years dedicated to Legal Reporting in financial services

Proven involvement in

AXIOM implementations or similar large-scale regulatory reporting programs

(highly preferred) Strong analytical mind with the ability to understand

complex business contexts and legacy system environments

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills -- comfortable interacting with both business and technical teams Skilled in stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and building trust across cultures and departments Natural collaborator with a can-do attitude, empathy, and a service-oriented mindset; capable of coaching others and fostering alignment

Fluent in English (written and verbal); good German language skills are highly desirable
