Your role
Supporting high-quality research in the fields of corporate purpose, strategic management and practice, and crisis readiness and resilience Support research publications in leading academic journals and practitioner outlets Supporting strategic collaborations between academia and global business Collaboration in the acquisition and implementation of funded research and development projects with partners from the industry and the public sector Proactively enhancing the center's visibility and presence across multiple channels (social media, website, classical media) Collaboration in the development and implementation of academic and executives focused offerings

Your profile
For this exciting position you have completed a master's degree in strategic and international management, Business Administration or Marketing. The position requires practical and/or academic experience as well as an understanding and interest in the fields of Corporate Purpose, International Strategic Management and Resilience. We are looking for a proactive and versatile individual to join our team at the intersection of research, business practice, and education.



As an ideal candidate you will bring:

A hands-on approach and the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment. Practical experience with project management and digital communication. Strong writing skills in English and German, with a talent for clear, engaging communication, tailored to diverse audiences. A genuine interest in qualitative research, such as case studies, and their application in education. Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently. Experience collaborating in international, multidisciplinary settings.
