To support our activity, our Innovation team in Geneva is looking for a:
Research Manager
The Research Manager will have the following main responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end projects for a couple of key international client from initial briefing to final presentation, dealing internally with the project management team and leading the client conversations.
Collaborate with senior members of the team to analyze data, uncover actionable insights, and develop impactful recommendations that drive client success.
Craft compelling narratives and visually engaging presentations that showcase Ipsos's thought leadership and deliver impactful insights to clients.
Present results with impact to clients when needed.
Become an expert in Innovation research, learning Ipsos methodologies and philosophy to be seen as a trusted Strategic advisor
Desired qualifications, skills and experiences:
University degree preferably in marketing/market research, social sciences, communication sciences or similar
Minimum 5 years of professional experience within market research agencies, ideally working with FMCG and Tobacco clients
Strong market analysis skills, from data to insights
Experience and strong interest in the Innovation field, especially Concept testing, Forecasting and Product Testing.
Accountable for actions, commitment to meeting the expectations
Ability to deliver outstanding attention and services to the client.
Ability to work in a team, flexibility and creativity
Collaborative and supportive mindset
Quick learner and independent in the context of an activity
Strong communication skills
Excellent English skills
Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.
