central reservations office
, we arelooking for a motivated Reservation Agent (m/f)
to join uson a permanent contract, starting immediately!
Sales conversations, acceptance and processing of written and telephone reservations Correspondence in German, English, and French Advising guests on prices and room categories Creating and updating reservations Preparing offers, confirmations, etc., in German, English, and French Checking provisional bookings and following up accordingly Monitoring and filing correspondence Maintaining and updating guest profiles
Professional experience in a similar establishment in Switzerland and/or abroad Good verbal and written communication skills in German, English, and French Team spirit, flexibility, resilience, and a strong sense of responsibility Ability to stay organized and efficient even in busy or stressful situations
