- Receiving and answering reservation inquiries for both Hotels Walther and Hotel Steinbock Pontresina.
- Responsible for organizing, managing and filing reservation correspondence.
- Ensuring optimal cooperation and communication with all other departments
- Collaboration and implementation of dynamic pricing, packages and offer pricing
- Ensuring and guaranteeing a controlled and correct procedure in the entire rooms area of the hotel
- Processing, implementation and all orders, inquiries and offers in connection with Relais & Chateaux
- Support at the reception desk at check in and check out times as well as relief
- Room for creative ideas
- Flat hierarchies and decision-making channels
- Working in one of the most beautiful vacation regions in Switzerland.
- Security and reliability, as well as fair and sustainable employment conditions.

- Hospitality and team oriented

- Able to work under pressure, with a good grasp
- Completed professional training in the hotel industry or at least 2 years of professional experience
- Good knowledge of German and English.
