Missions:

Adaptation des formations aux march\\xc3\\xa9s locaux et d\\xc3\\xa9veloppement de support Training, afin d\\\'am\\xc3\\xa9liorer les KPIs des boutiques et l\\\'Exp\\xc3\\xa9rience Client
Organisation et dispense de coachings et de formations sur la Maison, les produits, la selling-ceremony et le Service Apr\\xc3\\xa8s-Vente
Gestion du programme \\xc2\\xab Clients Myst\\xc3\\xa8re \\xc2\\xbb
R\\xc3\\xa9daction de rapports \\xc3\\xa0 destination du Si\\xc3\\xa8ge sur votre activit\\xc3\\xa9 et ses r\\xc3\\xa9sultats

Profil recherch\\xc3\\xa9:

Pr\\xc3\\xa9c\\xc3\\xa9dente exp\\xc3\\xa9rience r\\xc3\\xa9ussie en Formation Retail ou en tant que Store Manager
Fran\\xc3\\xa7ais et Allemand courants ; bon niveau d\\\'Anglais
Ouvert(e) \\xc3\\xa0 des d\\xc3\\xa9placements professionnels fr\\xc3\\xa9quents dans la r\\xc3\\xa9gion (+ de 50%)
Excellentes pr\\xc3\\xa9sentation et \\xc3\\xa9locution
