Position Summary







As a

Maintenance Manager

, you will be ensuring that all maintenance activities enhance safety, product quality, environmental protection, and operational performance. You will lead the maintenance function in our factory by implementing best practices in asset management to enhance equipment reliability while optimizing cost.

A Day in the Life of a Maintenance Manager



Enable high-performance operations based on Nestle's strategy Provide leadership and guidance to a team to enhance operational efficiency Support technical store management to ensure efficient operations Build and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring compliance with guidelines Justify and track maintenance expenditures effectively Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on engineering improvement projects Participate in the start-up and commissioning of technical equipment Monitor defined indicators and proactively track performance objectives Foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement within the team

What will make you successful



Hold an engineering degree in a technical field Solid experience in food manufacturing or consumer goods Possess experience in fixed assets maintenance and budget management Demonstrate supervisory experience with contractors, suppliers or 3rd parties Participate in multidisciplinary projects focused on operations optimization Participate in the development of engineering projects Show commitment to safety and quality standards in all operations Exhibit a passion for developing engineering expertise among technicians and operators Fluency in French and English; additional languages are a plus
