The suitable candidate will bring significant experience in managing retail activities and projects as well as a deep understanding of client experience in the luxury business in CH. \\n
\\n
Reporting to the Managing Director, the Retail Director is in charge of supervising and developing the retail teams and their activities as well as their performances in line with the brand strategy and standards of excellence. \\n
\\n
\\nYour responsibilities :\\n
Responsible of the whole retail strategy, being a key contributor to the yearly plan, business reviews and strategic 3Y plan for the market, \\n
\\n
Define sales target, key elements of P&L with the MD, as well as monitoring boutiques operating budget, \\n
\\n
Identify new business opportunities while being aware of competitions and markets, \\n
\\n
Actively participating in the business development and performance optimization with monthly/yearly KPIs follow-ups, qualitative analysis and sales forecasts, \\n
\\n
Define, implement and monitor a Client Development strategy to lever market opportunities, while ensuring an excellent clients\\xe2\\x80\\x99 experience, \\n
\\n
Provide leadership to Boutique Managers, transmit clear objectives, in-store presence and coaching in collaboration with the training team, \\n
\\n
Recruit, organize and plan HR needs (planning, staff allocation, hiring and training programs). \\n
\\n
\\nYour profile :\\n
A significant experience in managing retail activities and projects, \\n
\\n
A deep understanding of client experience in the luxury business, especially in Switzerland, \\n
\\n
You have strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to be persuasive, engaging and motivating, \\n
\\n
Fluent in English, French and German, \\n
\\n
Able to interact with C-levels and a strategic mind-set, \\n
\\n
Good interpersonal and leadership skills. \\n
\\n
