Love technology and want a job that gets you out from behind a desk? We're looking for a hands-on Retail IT Manager to become the tech backbone for our stores! This isn't your typical office-based IT role. You'll be our go-to expert in the field, ensuring our stores have the robust and reliable digital infrastructure they need to serve our customers. You are a problem-solver, a project leader, and a key partner for our in-store teams. What you'll be doing (Your day-to-day playground): - Be the IT hero for our stores: You'll be in charge of the entire IT ecosystem for your group of stores--from the network, Wi-Fi, and cash registers to interactive kiosks. You'll perform diagnostics, manage L3 support tickets, and ensure all our hardware is running smoothly. - Build our future stores: Got a new store opening? You'll be a key player, responsible for designing and implementing the entire IT setup from scratch, ensuring we're ready for day one. - Lead cool tech projects: You will manage the deployment of new IT projects directly in our stores. This means communicating with teams, gathering feedback, managing the installation of new equipment, and ensuring everyone is trained and ready for the change. - Empower our in-store teams: You'll train our store colleagues on IT basics and new tools, creating procedures and guides to help them become more autonomous. Your goal is to make tech easy for everyone.
