As a Revenue Operations Manager you will define, develop, and implement automated processes, tools, and systems that enable our Distribution Team--including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success--to operate more efficiently and effectively. This is a highly cross-functional role that blends process design, automation, analytics, and collaboration.

What you will do:



Process definition & implementation

Redesign and streamline existing processes to ensure scalability and eliminate manual work Define and implement new processes that drive operational efficiency and business goals. Ensure all processes are optimized for automation and aligned across teams.

Tooling & Automation

Implement and optimize tools and systems across the Distribution Team Develop automation frameworks that reduce manual tasks and improve workflow efficiency Enable teams to operate with data-driven insights and scalable infrastructure.

Cross-functional collaboration

Serve as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, ensuring smooth and efficient collaboration across the customer journey Partner with key stakeholders to identify bottlenecks, automation opportunities, and process improvements Support cross-team initiatives that enhance productivity and data transparency.

Tender management

Oversee the process of tenders, ensuring deadlines are met and requirements are accurately addressed Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, product and legal to gather necessary information and tailor tender submission to meet quality standards

What you'll need:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field Experience in Sales or Business Development of 2+ years Proven experience in defining and implementing back-office sales processes, tool implementation and automation Strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English Ability to effectively present and engage with cross-functional teams Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights that improve sales effectiveness Organizational skills, with the ability to work independently Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and find solutions to challenges faced by the sales team together with the team lead
