Aufgaben

Responsible for managing legal documents, including SLAs, and coordinating all onboarding processes with investors and external stakeholders, domestically and internationally / Responsible for sharing and integrating investment information with offices globally / Responsible for ongoing minor changes to official documents such as fact sheets, quotes, updating documents etc. / Responsible for entering the changes in the systems to ensure regulatory and tax correctness / Updating the internal database with relevant information of all investments / Managing the minutes and documents of the internal committees / Situational tasks and ad hoc projects.

Qualifikation

KV, education as a Paralegal or Bachelor in Commercial Law / Professional experience as a paralegal in a law firm with banking clients, in consulting at a Big Four firm, an asset manager or in asset management at an insurance company or bank / Analytical personality / Accurate and meticulous working style / Interested in administrative activities in an international working environment / Analytical, responsible person with fast perception / Team-oriented with good interpersonal skills / Skilled in using IT systems and MS-Office / German and English.
