Lombard Odier Investment Managers ("LOIM") is the asset management business of the Lombard Odier Group. In order to strengthen our RFP team, we are offering a Geneva based
RFP Internship (6 -12 -months)
As an RFP Intern, you will work with the Request for Proposal (RFP) team to prepare and coordinate responses to RFPs, Requests for Information (RFI), Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) and other information requests to help the business win and retain client assets.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in asset management and contribute to the firm's commercial success.
The RFP team plays a key role in supporting LOIM's institutional and third-party distribution business globally.
This is an opportunity to join a dynamic and highly collaborative team located in Geneva and London.
During your internship, you will develop an understanding of the firm's investment strategies, sustainability approach, and products, while collaborating with various stakeholders across the organization.
YOUR ROLEAssist in researching, drafting, and editing responses to RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, and reporting requests. Collaborate across teams including Sales, Marketing, Portfolio Management, Operations, Performance, Compliance, and Legal to gather metrics, information and ensure content is accurate and compelling. Support the coordination and timely delivery of RFP documents. Coordinate and assist in updating standard information documents on our company and investment products Help respond to ad hoc requests from different business units. Gain exposure to asset classes and become familiar with LOIM's investment solutions. Support the team to maintain the RFP database (Loopio) and enhance the content library.

YOUR PROFILECompleting a Master degree, preferably in Finance, Economics, or a related field. Strong interest in asset management and willingness to learn about investment products and strategies. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Motivated to contribute and support in business development efforts Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (French is a plus). Curious and willing to learn about the industry. A proactive attitude and eagerness to work in a collaborative environment.
