We're looking for a Risk Management Operations Specialist to support the daily operations of a high-performing risk team. This is your opportunity to contribute to critical risk monitoring, reporting, and valuation processes in a global, professional environment. Your Responsibilities
- Oversee daily monitoring of market, credit, and liquidity risks, ensuring accurate and timely execution.
- Maintain and operate risk measurement systems and controls, ensuring data quality and process integrity.
- Support pricing and valuation processes, working closely with finance and operations teams.
- Coordinate counterparty data, legal agreements, and setup within internal dealing systems.
- Lead the creation and delivery of risk dashboards and performance reports for senior stakeholders.
- Drive process improvements and contribute to system enhancements and change initiatives.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in risk operations, reporting, or controls.
- University degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or another quantitative field.
- Strong knowledge of financial products, especially fixed income and derivatives.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
- High attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team.
- Knowledge of additional major languages
- Familiarity with risk systems and performance reporting tools
