As a
Safety and Compliance Monitoring Officer
you will ensure an effective and profitable Management System in compliance with aviation regulatory requirements.Your tasks

Foster a positive safety culture and ensure the Safety & Regulatory Compliance Policy is communicated and applied organization-wide. Implement, maintain, and continuously improve all elements of the Safety Management System (SMS) per the SRT LM MOE. Ensure compliance with civil aviation regulations and international standards. Facilitate hazard identification, risk assessment, and management. Support risk mitigation actions outlined in the safety action plan. Prepare periodic safety performance reports and maintain SMS documentation. Provide safety guidance and assist with internal occurrence investigations.
Your Profile

Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Engineering, Safety Management, or related field. Proven experience in safety, compliance, or quality management within the aviation industry. Strong knowledge of aviation regulatory frameworks and standards. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
