Job Description

The Sales Consultant will be responsible for acquiring new clients, presenting company products and services, and achieving sales targets for the Switzerland market. The role involves managing the complete sales cycle, building long-term customer relationships, and ensuring exceptional client service at every stage. The consultant will identify market opportunities, study customer needs, and recommend suitable solutions based on Swiss market trends and business requirements.

The position requires regular interaction with clients to understand their preferences, provide customized recommendations, and ensure smooth onboarding after sales. The consultant will maintain accurate documentation of leads, conversions, client interactions, and sales reports, while coordinating with internal teams for service delivery. This role also involves participating in marketing activities, networking events, and promotional campaigns to increase brand visibility in the Swiss region.

To succeed in this role, the candidate should have 2-4 years of sales experience, preferably in international or European markets, with strong communication and negotiation skills. Knowledge of German or French language will be an added advantage. The candidate must be customer-focused, target-driven, and capable of working independently with a professional and result-oriented approach. Travel within Switzerland may be required for client meetings.
