Based at Lausanne train station, Kallee is a startup founded in 2025 by two experienced entrepreneurs from the region.

Your role
As an English-speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR), you contribute directly to the growth of the company.Your mission: to create the first conversations that will pave the way for high-impact B2B collaborations.
On a daily basis, you:
Identify and qualify B2B leads in the English-speaking market.
Conduct multi-channel conversations (email, LinkedIn, phone, automation).
Collaborate with our clients to build customized, high-performance sequences.
Ensure rigorous monitoring in CRM and participate in client meetings.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of campaigns through your ideas and analytical skills.
What you will learn

Hybrid/multichannel methods: digital + analog.
The fundamentals of sales psychology and copywriting.
Advanced use of modern tools: Lemlist, LaGrowthMachine, Sales Navigator, Clay, Pipedrive, Google Workspace, etc.
Real-time data analysis and performance measurement.
You will be directly supervised by the founders and industry experts, with a real plan for rapid development.
