As our

Sales Manager

, you'll build and lead a high-performing recruitment team focused on delivering exceptional hiring solutions within the Swiss market. In this role, you'll combine hands-on sales leadership, operational recruitment delivery, and people management, with ownership over both team success and client satisfaction.

How you will make a difference:

Team Leadership

Build and lead a high-performing team (1 local + 2 remote recruiters). Coach, mentor and continuously develop your team to reach their full potential. Streamline daily operations to maximise efficiency, quality and consistency. Drive team performance and ensure strong alignment with business goals.

Sales & Business Growth

Lead customer acquisition across your defined markets and specialisations. Work with the Market Leader to build compelling, commercial client proposals. Grow and strengthen long-term customer relationships to increase revenue. Bring creativity to solution design, proposal building and pricing strategies.

Recruitment Delivery

Allocate recruitment requests effectively within your team and ensure smooth execution. Own and manage your own pipeline of recruitment projects end-to-end. Keep customers informed with proactive updates and clear communication. Experiment with and adopt innovative sourcing channels and talent delivery methods.

What will make you stand out:

Native German speaker; Swiss-German proficiency is a strong advantage. Confident communicator in English, both spoken and written. Extensive experience in recruitment within the Swiss market, ideally in relevant specialisations. Proven track record in customer acquisition and driving business growth. Strong leadership skills with experience coordinating and motivating teams. Highly structured, proactive, and results-driven approach to work.
