We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Sales Operations Manager to join our rapidly growing software sales organization. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, working closely with our CEO and management team to drive growth and profitability.

  • Support the VP/CEO Industry/Country Lead and the management team in the development and implementation of strategic plans to achieve the company\\\'s objectives and goals
  • Manage and oversee all sales operations projects and initiatives, ensuring timely completion and successful implementation, incl. coordination all operational functions, including sales, marketing, customer service, finance, and human resources
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders understand the procedures/processes of each contribution to land on the overall business plan and achievements
  • Coordinate the development and execution of effective sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Coordinate and drive together with Finance and Business the yearly Business G2M Plan and manage the Budget process distribution and results during start and monthly milestone review reports
  • Oversee pipeline management and sales forecasting to ensure accurate revenue projections and effective resource allocation
  • Drive Close the GAP activities to ensure budget results and push intermediate activities
  • Ensure that the company is operating efficiently and effectively, optimizing processes and procedures as necessary
  • Identify and mitigate operational risks and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Act on behalf of the VP/CEO Industry/Country Lead to facilitate solid coordination within the country management team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation and excellence

  • Proven experience as a Sales Operations Project Manager or in a similar role
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in pipeline management and sales forecasting as well as developing and implementing operational processes and procedures
  • Ability to identify and mitigate risks and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
