GENERAL SUMMARY


Participate in the development of the business through the provision of Sales Analysis by supporting the sales operations team in Timberland EMEA

PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Go to Market Process: Analysis on previous seasons, Preparation of Top Management Decks and Country Decks
  • Preparation of Daily Pre-book reports for HQ and Countries. Provide customer and product analysis on Sales Campaign to the different stakeholders, coming with recommendations
  • Coordinate and consolidate Product Forecast from Countries to Demand Planning team and Sales Ops leadership
  • Data governance activities: Maintain system updated related to sales hierarchy, customer classification
  • Provide support to the channel organization
  • Analyze B2B reorder performance of the countries/channels/products and plan campaigns
  • Sell-through reports preparation across channels
  • Provide ad-hoc reports to Senior Management and Sales Operations management

QUALIFICATIONS


The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and /or abilities required for the individual to be successful in this position.
  • Education: University degree in Economics or equivalent
  • Experience: Relevant previous experience will be valuable
  • Language skills: Advanced English. Other European language valuable
  • Analytical Skills: Highly analytical and strong problem solving skills

COMPETENCIES

  • Excellent knowledge of PC office, particularly Excel
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information to a broad audience
  • Ability to plan his/her own work, prioritize workload and meet deadlines
  • Highly analytical and strong problem solving skills
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Ability to co-ordinate and execute simultaneous data analysis requests of varying size, scope and importance
  • Ability to capture and document business and reporting requirements from multiple sources
  • Strong work ethic with attention to detail and follow-up and a high degree of professionalism and customer focus
  • SAP and Cognos will be a plus
