Sales Process Coordinator

team based in Stabio, Switzerland.

You will provide the proper support to the Vans EMEA Marketplace/B2B Team.


This role will become the point of reference for the Marketplace/B2B Team, by keeping schedules and providing feedback, documentation and information. The role will support the Vans Marketplace team in our action sprots footwear and apparel business.



The Sales Process Coordinator will be responsible for the back end of the commercial process ensuring efficiency, precision and timely execution, enabling the results for the brand.


This role includes a wide range of fundamental tasks for the success of the team, as:

Territory support across allocated countries. Make sure that procedures, files, folders and tools are up to date. Forecast tracking tool. Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment and make sure that everyone has got access to shared files, reports, tools, etc. Customer database downloads/maintenance Weekly order shipment review/ follow up with involved departments. Pre-book and reorder entry support. Sales and Data analytics - Target tracking, data collection Support in organizing B2B showroom days and Customer dedicated Product Catalogue Creation

Skills for Success

Passion for the brand and the category it represents. A few years relevant and progressive experience in Sales management and team management. Fluent in English, any additional European languages (other than Italian) would be considered as a plus. Excel, Power Point, Mobi Media/B2B & SAP skills an advantage Proactive and Leading by Example approach. Good communication and Teamworking Skills Action sports FTW market and consumer strong know-how is a plus
