\\n Our client is a major player on the healthcare market in Switzerland.
They research, manufacture and provide innovative products across various therapeutic ranges.
To further enhance their success, they are looking for a sales manager for the french speaking region of Switzerland.

Tasks

You will be part of a highly motivated team responsible for products related to the vascular system, including acute and chronic blood circulation disorders, coronary stents, and balloon catheters. Your portfolio also includes implantable catheter systems, electrophysiology, special products for vascular surgery, and specific kits for cardiology, radiology, and hemodynamics.

Requirements
  • Provide product and service advice to our hospital clients.
  • Offer solutions for interventional vascular treatment in coronary angioplasty and a product portfolio for vascular surgery, electrophysiology, and implantable chamber catheter systems.
  • Organize and accompany client observation visits.
  • Strengthen market position by acquiring new customers.
  • Arrange continuing education events for physicians and operating room staff, and participate in trade shows and conferences.
  • Budget responsibility within the sales territory.
  • Market and customer analysis.
  • Travel planning and budget monitoring.
Requirements:
  • Sales experience in the hospital market and/or, ideally, experience in coronary angioplasty.
  • Knowledge of the Swiss hospital system and its structures.
  • Strong communication and sales skills.
  • Proficiency in negotiating in French; good knowledge of German, and English is an asset.
  • Comfortable with modern digital tools.
