About the Role:
Join our dynamic sales team and play a key role in driving business growth across EMEA. As a Sales & Solutions M&E team member, you'll support both sales and operations through a variety of cross-functional tasks. From preparing RFP responses and booking travel to crafting commercial proposals and conducting market research, you'll gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of business tourism and events.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with RFP responses and quote requests (air and hotel)
Booking and managing travel reservations (airline, rail, hotel)
Preparing presentations, commercial offers, and client materials
Conducting competitive benchmarking and market research
Supporting internal coordination across sales, operations, and marketing
Updating CRM systems and assisting with data entry
Contributing to content creation and sales toolkit updates
About You
We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented student who's passionate about events and business tourism. You'll thrive in a collaborative environment and be eager to learn and contribute.
Here's what we're looking for:
Currently pursuing higher education (Bachelor's or Master's) in business or tourism
Strong interest in the events and business travel industry
Excellent writing skills and attention to detail
Team player with great interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
Some knowledge of a GDS (Amadeus, Galileo etc)
Fluent in professional English
