Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a

Sales Specialist

in the Chinese tourism sector, based in

Geneva

. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, managing the entire sales process, providing training and support to clients, and ensuring outstanding customer service. Clients include both

B2C travelers

interested in visiting China and

B2B partners

, such as local travel agencies.

Day-to-day responsibilities include communicating with clients, managing the sales pipeline, and supporting the sales team in achieving its targets.

Qualifications

Communication and Customer Service skills Sales and Sales Management skills Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills Ability to work on-site in Geneva Fluency in French is a must; Chinese level at HSK 4, any other Swiss official languages is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Tourism, or related field
