Sales Support Senior Analyst with German

Key responsibilities
  • Be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring excellent written communication and providing support over the phone.
  • Coordinate and schedule customer appointments, ensuring all necessary preparations are made.
  • Organize and facilitate customer visits to our plants, offering a firsthand experience of our operations.
  • Take charge of customer complaints, ensuring prompt and effective resolutions by collaborating with various internal departments.
  • Monitor and reconcile customer accounts, ensuring accuracy and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Handle travel arrangements, including hotel, flight, and car hire bookings for our Key Account Managers (KAMs).
  • Act as the liaison between different departments within our organization, ensuring effective coordination on ad-hoc projects.
  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc customer reports to provide valuable insights and support decision-making.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives, actively seeking ways to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
You bring these skills, experience & education
  • Outstanding customer service abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to effectively coordinate appointments, visits, and travel arrangements.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and proactively with internal departments to tackle customer issues and projects.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant ERP software for report generation and data analysis. (SAP preferred)
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • A proactive and adaptable attitude, with a passion for continuous improvement.
