- Flexibility, initiative, and resilience to the pressure of balancing workload and time scales.
- Substantial experience working in a customer service environment.
- Good understanding of operations and logistics interactions.
- Excellent customer service and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to work autonomously
- Fluent in German and English, knowledge of French is a plus
