We are seeking a Salesforce Solutions Architect with strong technical expertise and business acumen. The ideal candidate should:
Possess deep knowledge of Salesforce technologies and be able to explain them in simple terms. Analyze complex business problems and design effective Salesforce solutions. Communicate and collaborate effectively with stakeholders and teams. Experience in insurance domain post-sales operations and claims management is a strong plus.

Experience Required:
10+ years in Salesforce solution architecture
Essential Skills:
Strong knowledge of Salesforce technologies Ability to design effective solutions for complex business challenges Excellent communication and stakeholder management Insurance know-how (post-sales operations, claims management) is advantageous * Fluent in English (mandatory); German and other languages are a plus
