Your profile

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented

Sanitation Supervisor

to oversee sanitation operations within our cannabis production facility. The Sanitation Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring a clean, safe, and compliant environment conducive to high-quality production.

Key Responsibilities

Manage sanitation staff and oversee all cleaning and sanitation activities within the production facility. Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to cleanliness and hygiene standards. Maintain accurate records of sanitation activities and communicate regularly with management regarding sanitation performance and issues. Supervise a team of 8 people in sanitation and maintenance.

Requirements

Minimum of 1 years of experience in supervising sanitation teams in a production environment, preferably in aghriculture. Strong knowledge of sanitation practices, regulations, and compliance requirements. Fluency in English.

Work Conditions

Onsite role in Breitenbach, Solothurn Canton, Switzerland -- accessible by train via Basel and nearby stations in Laufen and Zwingen. 45 hour working week, Monday to Friday from 7 am to 4 pm, including breaks
