As the SAP Alliance Sales Director, you will be responsible for originating and managing sales opportunities across key industry sectors. This role requires deep collaboration with SAP and KPMG stakeholders to build and execute strategic go-to-market initiatives that expand our transformation pipeline. You will leverage your strong network and work closely with our alliance partner, SAP, to build and maintain a robust pipeline.
What you'll do
Drive business growth by identifying opportunities within the SAP ecosystem and leading joint go-to-market initiatives
Act as KPMG's main contact on accounts without existing relationships to identify and convert high-potential opportunities
Leverage your existing network within the SAP ecosystem to uncover and progress qualified leads
Drive better win rates and pipeline conversion through tailored opportunity strategies and execution
Manage the sales process from lead origination to opportunity closure, developing and executing winning strategies
SAP Sales strategy and planning for key priority areas, strong focus on RISE, GROW, BTP, SAP ERP, SCM, CX, and AI platforms
Establish and strengthen relationships with key SAP stakeholders, ensuring strategic alignment between KPMG and SAP's sales initiatives and market priorities
Collaborate with KPMG Alliance Management, SAP account teams, and internal stakeholders to uncover new opportunities and drive successful sales campaigns
Support bid management, pitching, and opportunity closing efforts, ensuring best-in-class sales practices are implemented throughout the sales cycle and campaigns that highlight KPMG's SAP partnership and expand its market presence
What we're looking for
Strong personal network and proven experience engaging with C-level executives in the Swiss market
10+ years of SAP ecosystem experience with a focus on business development, solutioning, and implementation leadership
Strong expertise in SAP solutions, including RISE, GROW, BTP, and BDC, with the ability to bridge business development, solution design, and implementation services
Ability to lead SAP sales initiatives with insight into RISE, GROW, BTP, and BDC, and a track record of executing joint go-to-market plans
Deep understanding of SAP's partner programs, lead development strategies, and alliance frameworks, with a proven track record of successful partnership execution
Strong negotiation skills and strategic thinking with a history of exceeding sales targets and influencing C-level stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships
Proficiency in English; knowledge of German or French is considered an asset
