For our customer located in Basel, Switzerland we are currently looking for a: Finance & Governance Delivery Consultant (m/f/d)

• Location in Basel, CH Onsite-Remote work percentage/onsite frequency - onsite minimum three days per week
• Location where the Services will be provided - Basel, CH
• Duration: 04.08.2025 - 30.09.2028

Tasks & Responsibilities
To deliver required monthly and annual finance and governance cycles and reporting as required in the Development & Collaboration Agreement (DCA) between our Clients. To deliver required periodic finance cycles as required in the Information Access Agreement (IAA) between our Clients

• The DCA is a multiyear contract between the Clients for the provision of development services from our Clients. The DCA has defined monthly and annual finance and governance deliverables
• The IAA is a multiyear contract between the Clients for the provision of information from our Client upon request. The IAA has defined finance deliverables

BID Scope (Brief):
Deliver monthly working day and external cost reporting the Client (forecast deliveries and DCA Operations Board prereads) in line with contract timelines
Deliver monthly working day and external cost invoicing to the Client in line with DCA contract timelines
Deliver an effective review process to ensure full recovery of "initially unbillable" working day and external costs in close collaboration with CMC Managers
Deliver the monthly governance cycle including DCA Operations Board prereads, Major Change Request approval and documentation
Deliver expert support to CMC Managers with timely and accurate working day and external cost ACT and forecast data to enable monthly baseline tracking and change control initiation
Maintain accurate lifetime external cost forecasts including masterdata management
Deliver annual Budget exchange rate and new Manufacturing Catalogue rebasing cycles including associated change control at Book of Work level
Deliver periodic working day and external cost invoicing to the Client in line with IAA contract timelines or agreement with the client
Must Haves

• High level of spoken and written English
• knowledge of SAP and MS Office applications
