Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day SAP support processes and activities, including the ticket system, prioritization, communication, and resolution, while coordinating related escalation processes.
- Assume responsibility for the development of the SAP Application through customization.
- Collaborate with the IT Change Board to manage change requests and deployment processes.
- Manage project management aspects of SAP initiatives, ensuring alignment with Corporate strategy and IT Plan; oversee overall projects, planning, prioritizing, coordinating, and reporting against project milestones and activities.
- Other duties may be assigned to this role.
- Hold a degree or equivalent education with demonstrated experience in managing SAP FI/CO Applications.
- Possess experience in Project Management or Project Delivery
- Have business process experience in industrial manufacturing and logistics, with programming experience considered advantageous.
- Demonstrate business fluency in English.
- Currently hold or able to attain a Swiss work permit; or already a Swiss/EU citizen.
