SAP HR Swiss Payroll Consultant - 12-Month Remote Contract
Location: Fully Remote
Duration: 12 Months (Full-Time)
Start Date: Immediate interviews and offers available
Our client is seeking an experienced SAP HR Swiss Payroll Consultant to join their team for a major implementation project. This role offers the opportunity to work on a cutting-edge SAP HCM PY deployment for Switzerland, as well as support the implementation of SAP HR PY for Liechtenstein.
Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the implementation of SAP HCM Payroll for Switzerland.

• Support the rollout of SAP HR Payroll for Liechtenstein, requiring familiarity with local payroll legislation.

• Work on integration between SAP HR Payroll and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).

• Collaborate with project teams to ensure smooth delivery and compliance.

Requirements

• Proven experience with SAP HR Payroll (PY), specifically Swiss payroll.

• Exposure to Liechtenstein payroll legislation.

• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors ECP integration is highly desirable.

• Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken).

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
