Your Team

The Swiss SAP Practice is the presales and delivery team across Switzerland in charge to drive the rapid expansion of our SAP business in the Renewable Enterprise Domain (S/4HANA, BTP and SaaS/PaaS Apps, Intelligent Industries, Cloud). We spend every day focused on developing opportunities directly with clients and partners, helping them get the best business value from their SAP transformation. With more than 500 SAP S/4HANA projects in Europe, a unique value-driven end-to-end transformation approach, Capgemini offers you to work on the most interesting SAP S/4HANA projects in Switzerland

Your key responsibilities
  • SAP S4HANA Expertise: Proven experience in implementing and configuring SAP S4HANA solutions, particularly in Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Sales modules.
  • Functional Consulting Experience: Demonstrated ability to work as a functional consultant on SAP projects, including requirement gathering, business process design, and post-implementation support.
  • Business Process Alignment: Strong understanding of diverse industry-specific business processes and the ability to align SAP solutions with client requirements.
  • User Training: Experience conducting end-user training to ensure effective SAP system utilization.
  • Change Management: Proficiency in assessing SAP changes\\\' impact on business operations and facilitating change management strategies.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams, mentor junior members, and maintain a client-focused approach.

  • Proven experience implementing SAP S/4HANA
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong leadership abilities, including team management and knowledge sharing
  • Client-centric mindset and the ability to collaborate with multicultural teams
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in SAP and transformation projects
  • Fluency in English, plus proficiency in either German or French
